The 3 in 1 coil feeder is an advanced coil handling system that integrates decoiling, straightening, and feeding into a compact and efficient unit. Designed specifically for high-strength steel processing, this coil feed line is widely used in automotive chassis part stamping lines, delivering superior performance in precision, efficiency, and automation.
This high-strength 3 in 1 coil feeder supports coil widths from 150mm to 1500mm and material thickness from 0.6mm to 6.0mm, making it ideal for a wide range of automotive structural parts, such as floor panels, reinforcement beams, inner panels, and suspension components.
Paired with a 1250-ton stamping press, the coil feeding system enables continuous production using coil stock, eliminating waste from material head and tail during single-sheet processing. Compared with traditional manual feeding or robotic handling of individual sheets, this integrated solution dramatically increases production speed—up to 18 meters per minute—while improving stamping accuracy and reducing labor intensity.
Equipped with a hydraulic loading cart, pressure arm, limit arm, and hydraulic spindle support.
Capable of handling up to 16 tons of coil weight without shaft deflection.
Enhances safety and ease during decoiling of heavy-duty high-tensile steel coils.
