4. High Automation

This allows the collection bin to move automatically in sync with the die's upper punch, reducing manual unloading, lowering labor intensity, and minimizing safety risks and operational errors. Additionally, Decoiler, leveling machines, and the Servo Zigzag Feeder are linked by support plates, which contain multiple rollers and detection probes. The detection probes regulate the material speed, adjusting the Decoiler’s uncoiling speed and the leveling machine's correction speed, ensuring smooth material feed.

5. High Precision

In continuous zigzag feeding, the Servo Zigzag Feeder can maintain a minimum distance of 0.5mm between the edges of the metal discs being stamped. The movement error remains within ±0.05mm, ensuring high production quality.

While it is primarily designed for stamping and unloading metal discs, it can be adjusted to accommodate other materials with varying shapes and sizes through parameter and configuration changes.
