Spanish Forging Equipment Manufacturer Conducts In-Depth Production Audit at Youyi Precision's 3-in-1 Feeder Manufacturing Facility

Recently, a delegation of four representatives from a professional Spanish forging equipment manufacturer visited Youyi Precision’s 3-in-1 feeder manufacturing plant in Dongguan to conduct a comprehensive factory inspection and production capability evaluation.
As a well-established player in the European forging equipment industry, the Spanish manufacturer maintains strict standards for supplier equipment quality, manufacturing processes, and automation capabilities. This visit aimed to assess Youyi Precision’s overall production strength and quality management system.
In preparation for the visit, Youyi Precision organized its professional technical and operations teams to carry out a full workshop cleaning and layout optimization, ensuring a clean, orderly, and professional production environment.
Detailed technical documentation for the 3-in-1 feeder system was prepared in advance, and live demonstrations of the integrated uncoiling, leveling, and feeding equipment were arranged. These demonstrations allowed the visitors to directly observe the system’s operational stability, precision performance, and automation advantages.
Accompanied by Youyi Precision’s engineering designers, international sales specialists, and operations managers, the delegation conducted a full walkthrough of the production workflow.
The inspection covered all major manufacturing stages, including:
Raw material cutting and precision machining
Structural frame welding and surface treatment
Electrical system integration
Final assembly and performance testing
Special attention was given to structural rigidity, component selection, servo control systems, and assembly precision of the compact coil feed line. The visitors carefully evaluated manufacturing details and quality control checkpoints throughout each stage.
