Spanish Forging Equipment Manufacturer Conducts In-Depth Production Audit at Youyi Precision's 3-in-1 Feeder Manufacturing Facility

Recently, a delegation of four representatives from a professional Spanish forging equipment manufacturer visited Youyi Precision’s 3-in-1 feeder manufacturing plant in Dongguan to conduct a comprehensive factory inspection and production capability evaluation.
As a well-established player in the European forging equipment industry, the Spanish manufacturer maintains strict standards for supplier equipment quality, manufacturing processes, and automation capabilities. This visit aimed to assess Youyi Precision’s overall production strength and quality management system.
In preparation for the visit, Youyi Precision organized its professional technical and operations teams to carry out a full workshop cleaning and layout optimization, ensuring a clean, orderly, and professional production environment.
Detailed technical documentation for the 3-in-1 feeder system was prepared in advance, and live demonstrations of the integrated uncoiling, leveling, and feeding equipment were arranged. These demonstrations allowed the visitors to directly observe the system’s operational stability, precision performance, and automation advantages.
Accompanied by Youyi Precision’s engineering designers, international trade specialists, and operations managers, the Spanish delegation toured the entire production process. The inspection covered all key manufacturing stages, including:
Raw material cutting and machining
Structural welding and surface painting
Final assembly and functional testing
During the inspection, the visitors conducted a detailed evaluation of equipment structure, component selection, and production procedures. They spoke highly of Youyi Precision’s robust manufacturing capabilities and strict implementation of ISO quality management standards.
After a comprehensive assessment of the 3-in-1 feeder production line, the Spanish experts expressed strong appreciation for Youyi Precision’s engineering design expertise, stable production capacity, precision craftsmanship, and advanced automation level. The visit further strengthened mutual understanding and laid a solid foundation for potential future cooperation.
