· Automatic decoiler with loading car
· Heavy-duty straightener
· L-type lifting platform with discharge support
This feeding line is suitable for processing a variety of coil materials, including cold-rolled steel, pickled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and low-carbon steel.
Material specifications:
· Thickness: 2.0 mm – 8.0 mm
· Width: 40 mm – 600 mm
· Coil weight: up to 3.5 tons
The loading car ensures safe and stable coil transfer to the decoiler spindle. Equipped with an anti-tilting device, it guarantees higher operational safety.
The decoiler secures the material and gradually guides the coil head into the straightener for automatic uncoiling. The system includes:
· Main frame
· Expanding mandrel
· Pressure arm
· Coil stopper arm
· Disc-type hold-down arm
· The straightener works with the decoiler to flatten thick coil materials. After straightening, the sheet passes through a transition bridge to the feeder.
· With a 6-over-7 roller design, the straightener ensures smooth and flat material without surface indentation or damage.
After straightening, the sheet is lifted by the L-type platform and fed into the fineblanking press feeder.
The platform is equipped with a laser detection tracking system, which controls start/stop functions and synchronizes feeding speed with the fineblanking press. This ensures efficient and accurate operation.
