MT Series Metal Coil Automatic Decoiler/Uncoiler Machine is specially designed for uncoiling various coil materials such as cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. This model supports coil widths from 100mm to 1300mm and thicknesses up to 3.0mm. Equipped with a hydraulic expansion system and optional coil car, the MT series ensures stable material feeding and efficient loading/unloading operations.

It can be used independently or in combination with straightening machines and servo feeders, forming a complete automatic coil feeding line. Widely used in metal stamping, automotive parts, appliances, electronics, and new energy industries.

The machine body is precision-welded from steel plates, stress-relieved through annealing and polished for superior rigidity and aesthetics. Critical components utilize high-strength castings, supported by long-span bearing structures to ensure exceptional stability and durability.

It utilizes a motor paired with a reducer for control, employing belt transmission for superior functionality, high reliability, and minimal faults.

The material support tile adopts a four-blade design, with a tile curvature that matches the material's inner diameter. The tile surface is smooth and wear-resistant, ensuring durability and causing no wear to the material during use.

Advanced electrical components such as AC contactors, intermediate relays, and time relays are used to ensure long-term stable production.

The spindle is reinforced and made from 45# seamless steel tube, undergoing quenching and tempering treatment to prevent deformation under long-term load.

It adopts a simple electrical box control system for easy machine operation.

With a large carrying capacity and convenient loading, it operates smoothly. The Uncoiler start and stop are automatically controlled by an induction frame, eliminating the need for manual supervision. Its high degree of automation can be further enhanced with optional equipment such as a material pressing arm and hydraulic expander, significantly improving the efficiency of the stamping production line and the quality of stamped products. It is an ideal feeding and decoiling equipment for stamping production lines.
