The NCF is a NC servo feeder with mechanical release, designed for feeding sheet metal coil materials with a thickness range of 0.5–2.0mm. It offers a maximum feeding speed of 20m/min and ensures ±0.02mm feeding precision.
A mounting plate helps the servo feeder to be easily installed onto the press machine, or you can choose a separate bracket for better stability. The NCF Servo Leveling Feeder provides reliable and precise feeding performance for various stamping applications.

Leveling wheel is made of bearing steel, and is ground after heat treatment at HRC60°, and then overall ground after being plated with hard chrome. Ensure the uniformity of the hard chrome layer and the cylindricity tolerance of each axis
The machine comes out of the correction wheel, and additionally installs heavy-duty bearings in the middle of the upper and lower rollers to enhance the rigidity of shaft, prevent the deformation of shaft, and improve the flatness of plate
