This high-speed stamping line is specially designed for precision manufacturing of motor stators and rotors. The system integrates a double-head decoiler, an S-type precision straightener, and a high-speed servo feeder, working in sync with a high-speed press to achieve efficient and accurate material handling.
The double-head decoiler allows quick coil changeover without stopping the line, ideal for continuous production. The S-type straightener ensures excellent flatness for thin laminated steel sheets, while the servo feeder delivers up to 300 strokes per minute with high positioning accuracy.
This setup is widely used in electric motor manufacturing, especially in high-volume production of EV motors, appliance motors, and industrial stator/rotor components.
