The Fineblanking Feeding Line is a high-precision coil handling and feeding system designed for integration with fineblanking presses, widely used in the automotive parts industry. The line is composed of an automatic decoiler with coil car, a precision straightener, and an L-type lifting platform, enabling stable, accurate, and scratch-free feeding of thick plates.


It is suitable for cold-rolled steel, pickled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and low-carbon steel. Capable of processing coil thickness from 2.0 mm to 8.0 mm, coil widths from 40 mm to 600 mm, and coil weights up to 3.5 tons, the line ensures optimal material flatness with its 6-over-7 straightening roll arrangement. The L-type lifting platform, equipped with laser tracking sensors, maintains perfect synchronization with press speed for consistent feeding performance. Custom configurations are available according to specific material width, thickness, and weight requirements.
