The NC servo feeder is controlled by a servo motor imported from Japan and utilizes closed-loop computer feedback control to achieve high-precision material feeding. Typically, the feeding accuracy can reach ±0.02mm, and it can even achieve ±0.01mm in short-distance feeding. It adopts a touch screen point control operation mode, allowing for simple and quick setting of parameters such as feeding pitch and feeding speed. Pneumatic air feeders (AF) remain widely used in stamping workshops due to their simple, air-driven design and steady—but modest—feeding speed. AF machines perform well on standard stamping lines where ultra-high precision isn’t required, and their low purchase price is hard to beat. However, AF units have shorter lifespans and can suffer peak-out issues. Mechanical roller feeders (RFS) have been popular for over a century thanks to their high speed and direct linkage to the press via an iron rod. The two-in-one uncoiling and leveling machine integrates both uncoiling and leveling functions into a single unit, significantly reducing installation space and minimizing transitional steps in the straightening process of precision materials, thereby maximizing the machine's operational performance.
The MT Series automatic material rack/uncoiler is designed for uncoiling or recoiling different types of metal coils. It must be used in conjunction with a precision leveling machine and a servo feeder to achieve automated uncoiling, leveling, and feeding processes.
